It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anne Goar (Southampton, Ontario), born in Chesley, Ontario, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ross Fowler and Mildred Fowler; her brothers, Ralph (Janet) and David (Linda); her husband Doug; her children, Jennifer (Jason) and Jeremy (Karla); her grandchildren, Annabelle, Sophie and Jade; her sibling-in-law Pat; and her nephews, Stephen, Jason and Jonathan.
This amazing organization has been a lifesaving grace in so many ways – dedicated programming (even via Zoom after the pandemic began), knowledgeable counsellors, and one-on-one care providers in the home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made as your expression of sympathy to the Alzheimer's Society Grey Bruce, or St. Paul's Anglican Church, Southampton, in care of their outreach fund to support the community.
