He was predeceased by: his son Darian; his grandchild Dominic'Little Man'; his aunt Verna Besito; and his grandparents, Dorothy, Amos Besito, Audrey and Kenny Ritchie.
He is survived by: his children, Dakota, Drew and Dahlia; his grandchildren, Tatum and Dante; his friend Jennifer Roote; his parents, Vivian Besito-Cubitt (Norm) and Gabriel Root; his siblings, Shannon Besito and Sheena Root; his brother-in-law Trevor Roote; his nieces and nephews, Aaron, Austin and Sequoyah; his aunts, Terri Indoe, Sheryl Ritchie, Debbie Roote and Arlene Besito; his uncle Darrell Ritchie; and his cousins, Darcy, Bryan, Harold, Alvin, Randy, Tanya, Kirk and Sandy. He is also survived by many other cousins, relatives and friends.
