With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Petersen of South River, Ontario, who passed away on December 24, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bill; her son Danny Burdett (Marie); her grandchildren, Sarah (Cameron) and Malcolm of Chipman; her grandson-in-law Sean Larson (Pam); her great grandchildren, Shannon, Brenda and Sean; and also, Nathan of Hamilton, Ontario., Alex of Hamilton, Ontario. and Luka of Hamilton, Ontario..
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel (9 Paget St, Sundridge, ON P0A1Z0). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the South River Cemetery (371 Ottawa Ave, South River, ON P0A1X0).
