He was predeceased by: his son Joseph; his parents, Charles and Lily; and his siblings, Kay Barry, Sonny (Edward), Veronica Diver, Marg Arnold, Rob Diver, Bernard Diver and Patrick Diver.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Diver; his children, Jane Bolton (Bruce), Brenda Parkes (Rick), Susan Smith (Bill) and Dan Diver (Lorrie); and his siblings, Ann MacIsaac, Bill (Shirley), Lloyd and Caron (Clarence). He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid 19 limitations, a Celebration of Howard's life will be held at a later date.If so desired, memorial donations to Nipissing Serenity Hospice or the Lung Association Will be acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
