With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou Lavoie (South River, Ontario), born in Parry Sound, Ontario, who passed away on December 20, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Jackson and Herb Jackson; and her brother Edward. She is survived by: her spouse Verne; her children, Joe (Helen), Pennie (Mike), Chris (Kurt) and Rose (Peter); and her siblings, Bill (Gail), Gail (Calvin), Danny (Lois) and Paul (Sharon).

As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Muskoka.
