He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nora Whaley (Jim) and Doug Dulmage. He is survived by: his significant other Elinor Lynch; his children, Karen Parks (Dale), Kim Beach (Greg), Derrick Dulmage (Trish) and Dan Dulmage (Jill); his grandchildren, Jonny, Mike, Hannah, Jack, Sam, Luke, Kyle, Thom, Nolan and Ryan Hess; and his siblings, Sheila Crowder (late Keith) and Ross Dulmage (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

By family request donations in Memory of Roy may be made to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Charity of Your Choice.
