He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Culkeen); his former wife Jo-Anne (Gillespie); his mother Martha (Bolton); his siblings, Harold (Evelene), Betty (Richard Malcomnson) and Carol; and his friends, Tilbar and Double Diamond. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
