She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Holmes; and her parents, Barton Derby and Mae Derby. She is survived by: her daughter Linda; and her caregivers, Sherry, Tammy, Chris, Dorothy and Rhiana.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Inkerman Wesleyan Church (11486 Queen Street).
Donations may be made in Memory of Elsie to the Inkerman Wesleyan Church, Winchester District Memorial Hospital or the Ottawa Heart Institute.
