He was predeceased by: his father Murray MacIntosh; and his sister Janice Buter. He is survived by: his close friend Jane-Marie Boyle; his mother Donella; and his siblings, Brenda, Patricia, Karon, Marion, David, Laurie, Lorraine and Loretta.
