He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Billings and Martha Billings (Woods); and his sisters, Mary Dillabough and Audrey Billings. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Simser); his children, Kelly Turcotte (Glen), Christine Hamilton (Chad) and Albert Billings (Kristie); his grandchildren, Sydney, Jared Turcotte, Zennith, Zachary Hamilton and Spencer Billings; and his sister Evelyn Kuno (Gerald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Don may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Winchester District Memorial Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
