He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Minnick and Loretto Minnick; his wife Carole; his daughters, Jen (Sebastian) and Kate (Andrew); his grandchildren, Marenna, Greyson, Liam and Evie; his siblings, Greg (Claudette), Karen Pomeroy (Bob), Marie Groot (late John), Sheila Capriotti (late Rick), Dolores and Chris (Sheryl); and his siblings-in-law, Andre, Noella (Chi Chi), Martha (David) and Raymond (Louise).
