He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Michelle (Kirk), Jennifer (Kelly), Jeremy (Breanne) and Valerie (Wes); his siblings, Ann Nie (Dave), Doug Crooks (Laurie), Sandra Ballantyne (Terry) and Lloyd Crooks (Anna); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Allan (late Jim), Dorothy Oosterhoff (Jesse) and Shelley Nedelko (Martin). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
