With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vern Silverthorne (Smithville, Ontario), who passed away on November 24, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Silverthorne and Shirley Silverthorne. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his son William; his siblings, Sharon Atkinson (Ira), Carolyn Travis (George), Laurie Tufts (Kevin) and Rob Silverthorne; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Memorial donations to Merritts United Church or Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family and if desired can be made through the funeral home.
