He was predeceased by: his wife Jenny Dekker; and his children, Nellie Bartels and Ben (Linda). He is survived by: his children, Tom Dekker, Bill (Jackie), John (Tina), Hettie Kratz (Karl), Janet Helder (Andy) and Henry (Ang). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
