She is survived by: her husband Fred Breukelman (Frits); her children, Fred, Doreen Breukelman (Burlington), Lisa, Eric Lammers (Frankford), Brian, Nicole Breukelman, Jennifer and James VanGurp (Belmont); and her siblings, Klaas (Greta Huizinga), Ann (Bill), Gary (Tina), Henry (Margaret Huizinga) and Betty (George Gritter).
