She was predeceased by: her daughter Shirley Zylstra Lang; her parents, Lenard Hockley and Daphne Hockley; and her siblings, Peter, Sandra Hockley and Suzanne Dodd.

She is survived by: her husband John Zylstra; her children, Nancy Neville (Steven), Jack Zylstra (Mary) and Anne Enderby (Michael); her grandchildren, Chantelle Shaver (Ryan), Matthew Fletcher (Kathleen Trembley), Mary Dawdy (Trevor), Mitchell Zylstra (Laurie), Elysia Northrup (Mike), Bradley Enderby (Kelly), Patrick and Nicholas Siamro; and her brothers, Michael, Ian and John Hockley.
