He was predeceased by: his children, Laurie and Kim; his siblings, Ron, Dane and Aleta; and his brother-in-law Gerald.

He is survived by: his wife Sunny McCollum (Sonja); his children, Randy (Charlotte), Wendy (Warren), Jamie (Brenda), Janene (Mike) and Charlie; his grandchildren, Jason, Mark, James, Sonja, Neil, Christalynn, Sami, Jesse, Jordie, Courtney, Carly, Brett and Brock; his great grandchildren, Isla, Callum, Johnny, Clark, Ethan and Isabella; his brother Glenn (Val); and his sisters-in-law, Louise and Peggy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and by his countless friends.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family viewing and funeral are being held Monday, November 29th and Tuesday, November 30th.

In memory of Neil, donations to the Pelham Community Church or Edgewater Gardens in Dunnville, would be appreciated by his family.
