He was predeceased by: his sister Jurdelina Mota. He is survived by: his spouse Maria; his children, Seraphin, Judy Crockett, Armand and Silva (Michelle); his grandchildren, Ansley (Christeena), Nathan, Jordan, Ashley, Makayla, Rebecca, Erica and Ethan; his great grandchild Logan; and his siblings, Josefina Pavao and Maria Carvalho.

Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family and if desired can be made through the funeral home.
