He was predeceased by: his parents, Art and Thelma; and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his wife Jean Hollingshead (Donovan); his son Mathew Hollingshead (Line); his grandchildren, Bradley Guillemette (Kelsey) and Emily Walsh (Marc-Antoine); his great grandchild Jackson James Walsh; and his brother Robert Hollingshead (Anne).
