He is survived by: his children, Cory, Geraldine, Lawrence Blokker, Art, Jackie Linde, Joanne, Ken Vanderwoude, Helen, Mark VanAndel, Jennifer, Ron Boverhof, Marc and Cheryl Linde; and his siblings-in-law, Grace, George Lodder, Janny Feenstra and Mildred Knegt. He is also survived by his many nephews, nieces and extended family.
