He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson and Treva. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Mike (Cecilia) and Jamie (Leanne); and his siblings, Marge, Helen, Clifford (Penny), Judy, Stan (Liz), Cheryl (Bob) and Charlie. He is also survived by many other extended family, friends.
