She was predeceased by: her husband John Matys. She is survived by: her children, Marjo Daniels (Rob Williams) and Mike VanMulken (Kim); her stepchildren, Barb Cosby (Rob), Bruce Matys (Pam) and Christine Matys-Ballanger (Andrew Brown); and her siblings, Mia VanGlabbeek (late Piet), Bert Dewaide (Fien) and Harrij Dewaide (Marianne). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Memorial donations to West Lincoln Memorial Auxiliary or Parkinson Canada would be appreciated by the family and if desired can be made through the funeral home.
