He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bicknell and Arlene Bicknell. He is survived by: his wife Debra Bicknell; his children, Jeff, Brad (Bobbi) and Ashley; his grandchildren, Leonidas and Drew; his uncle Jim; and his aunt Mary.
