He was predeceased by: his sibling Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Terri (Scott), Tracy (Chad) and Andrea (Mark); his siblings, Mary and Anne (Bruce); and his children, Kaylin, Drew, Lucas, Cole, Evan, Andy and Alex.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to McNally House Hospice in Grimsby, or St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Smithville.
