He is survived by: his spouse Elaine Oleniuk; his children, Russell Flad, Lisa Flad, Tammy Flad, Karen Flad and Stephen Flad; his grandchildren, Brooke, Mason, Zachary, Jennifer, Abree and Alisha; and his siblings-in-law, Don, Lucy, Oliver, Eva, David, Diane, Ron and Judy.
