With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ada Lillian Urquhart (Smithville, Ontario), who passed away on April 7, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Edna Smith (late Leslie), Frances Kinney and Frank Green (late Dianne). She is survived by: her husband Donald; her daughters, Linda (Barry Weaymouth), Donna and Mary; her grandchildren, Lara (Shannon Matechuk) and Nancy; and her great grandchildren, Kyra, Erika and Ryker.
Due to CoVid restrictions, a private family graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 10 at Smithville United Church Cemetery.
