He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Carroll and Luke E. Carroll; his siblings, Allan, Lorne, Luke and Shirley Hunter; and his son-in-law Dan Dionne.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carroll (McAvoy); his daughters, Janet Dionne and Joanna Jones; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Carroll, Biddy Mackie (late Allan), Jim Hunter and Tom Kiersteid; and his son-in-law Marty Jones. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good neighbors.
