He was predeceased by: his parents, William Michael Stafford and Margaret Bertha (Hansen) of St John, NB.; his wife Lorraine Stafford (Whyte); and his siblings, Bernie Stafford and Joan Marie Dale (Ashton Dale).
He is survived by: his brother Edward Stafford; his children, Fred Ryan Stafford (Barbara Virginia), Anne Marie McLauglin (Danny Auther McLauglin) and Stephen Gerard Stafford; and his adoptive son Aidan Dasaah. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, his 6 nephews, 2 nieces, 2 great-nieces, and his 4 great-nephews.
