He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Harper and Mary Harper; his siblings, Bob, Keith, Ken, Ray Harper and Jean Coyle; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Harper, Jean Wright, Bob and Richie Stanzel.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Doug Harper (Christine), Debbie Sabourin (Roger) and Tracey Harper; his grandchildren, Megan, Emily Harper, Alisha, Matthew and Taylor Sabourin; and his siblings-in-law, Francis, Nora Harper, Ann Stanzel, Alfred Coyle, Don Stanzel (Phyllis) and Dennis Wright. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, friends.
Provincial Covid-19 restrictions require the wearing of masks inside the funeral home and graveside with social distancing required by all those not from the same household.
