Tom Foulkes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tom Foulkes (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on December 10, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Donna Foulkes (Jim) of Georgetown, Melanie (John) of Peterborough and Matthew (Ninfa) of Nicaragua; his grandchildren, Jack, Mark, Nate, Sam and Benjamin; and his brother David (Dale) of Ottawa.
In honour of Tom's life, memorial donations may be made to one of the many community associations he gave his time to.
