He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lyon and Margaret Lyon of Redbridge Ontario; and his siblings, Robert Lyon of Wyoming Ontario and Terry Lyon (Judy) of Oliver, B. C. He is survived by: his children, Randy Lyon (Denise Hill), Nicholas Steele (Sarah) and Jillian Lyon (Gordon Sobczak); and his siblings, Carol Myers of Keremeos, B. C., Richard Lyon (Diane) of Wyoming Ontario, Sharon Chartier (late Andre) of Wyoming Ontario, Geraldine Morris of Oliver, B. C, Michael Lyon (Carol), Jacqueline Chayer (Monty Shortt) of Prospect Ontario, Sheldon Lyon (Christine) of Redbridge Ontario and Reno Lyon of Bangkok Thailand. He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews as well as extended family and friends.
Due to COVID-19, A celebration of Ron's life will be held at a later date.
