She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Devlin; her sons, Roger, Roy and Mark Devlin; and her siblings, Huey Pettigrew, Joyce Herbert (Keith), Wilma Freestone and Sharon Lee (Ernie).
She is survived by: her children, Herb (Renee), Jon (Xiaona) and Laurie Devlin; her grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Jenna Devlin, Emile and Sebastien Villeneuve; and her siblings, Ruby Richardson (late Harold), Nellie Winkenweder (late Ken), Bobby Pettigrew (Donna), Allan Vaughan (Heather), Dorothy Freestone (Mick) and Doug Vaughan (Anne). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, along with her church family.
