He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Donovan; his brother Mark Donovan; his parents, Frank Donovan and Norma Donovan; and his sister-in-law Beth Donovan.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne McCulloch; his child Corry Goddard (Scott); his siblings, Stanton Donovan (Ellie Griffiths), Maureen Lumsden (Glen) and Bernadette Burgess (late James); and his sister-in-law Beverly Donovan.
