With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mervon Elmer Whalen of Smiths Falls, Ontario, who passed away on November 15, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; and his daughter Karen. He is survived by: his children, Randy, Scott, Cindy Ruttan (Murray Kellett), Dennis and Sherry Ruttan (John). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Provincial Covid-19 restrictions require the wearing of masks inside the funeral home. Social distancing is required by those not from the same household, and the number of attendees may be limited due to capacity restrictions.
