He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hogan; his sons, Kyle and Keenan (Brittany); his grandchildren, Layne and Keelah; his siblings, Lynn Hull (late Larry), Dawn Kendall (Robert), Leeanne Andre (Cliff), Peggy Giff (Brian), Angie Purcell (Greg) and Mary Winkenweder (David); his father-in-law Bill Andress; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Andress (Wanita), Terri Andress, Julie Wiltsie (Bryan) and Cory Andress (Siohban).
