Maggie Swanson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maggie Swanson (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Shea and Clarence Shea; and her siblings, Colleen and Maurice. She is survived by: her husband Thomas James Swanson; her children, Meta Swanson (Robert Hobbs), Chelsea Arguin (Paul Arguin), Karsten Swanson (Emma Swanson) and Daniel Brooks (Chantal Watt); her grandchildren, Katia, Jayden, Vincent, Abigail and Ella; and her siblings, Ronnie (Betty), Barbara (late John), Jimmy (Shirley), Michael (Teresa), Keith (Maureen) and Kevin (Debbie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Due to covid restrictions a Celebration of Life will be held at the Free Methodist Church in Smiths Falls at a later date.

Anyone moved to make a donation on her behalf is encouraged to choose something close to their hearts and homes that they feel Maggie would be happy to be a part of.
