He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bernicky and Verla Bernicky. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon (Roger), Roger, Ron (Linda), Patty (Mark) and Susan (Layne); his nieces and nephews, Scott, Karrie (Stephanie), Chris (Crystal), Andrew, Stuart (Melissa), Lucas (Christina), Mathew (Krista), Tyler, Jordan and Nicholas; his aunts, Paula Clark, Joy Bernicky, Dorothy Bernicky, Margaret Sadler, Ruth Fleming and Gloria Hunter; his uncle Bob Bernicky; his caregiver Amelia; and his sister-in-law Linda. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and friends.
