It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith Ann Putnam (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on July 23, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Code and Nora Code; and her sister Doris Murray. She is survived by: her husband John Putnam; her daughter Elizabeth (Chad); her siblings, Nancy Gemmill, Jack Code (Debra) and Bill Code; her nieces, Angel Fielding (Jamie), Hayley Conlon (Curtis) and Hannah Larmon-Code; and her nephew Cole Machin.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic social distancing will be enforced and masks are mandatory.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Parkinson's Society would be greatly appreciated.
