He was predeceased by: his wife Dianne; his parents, William Halpin and Kathleen Halpin; and his sister Margaret Ruiter. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Halpin (Cindy) and Margo Loughren (Doug); his grandchildren, Deena Bell (Luke), Jason (Jamie) and Kris Loughren; and his siblings, Marie Sylvah and Len Halpin. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
