It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jim Rowat of Smiths Falls, Ontario, born in Manotick, Ontario, who passed away on September 16, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowat and Rita Rowat of Carleton Place. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his grandsons, Dominic and David.
