He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Benedict (Ruttle); his children, Thomas Benedict, Barry Benedict, Heather Cooper (Paul), Donna McPhee (John), Joanne Benedict and Barbara Rintala (Carl); his grandchildren, Joshua Cooper (Leanne), Devan Benedict, Alyssa Brownridge, Zachary McPhee and John Worne; and his great grandchildren, Mavis Cooper, Sean Worne and Chloe Worne. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
