He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herb and Bea Fisher. He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Fisher and Judy Fisher; his sisters, Rebecca and Emilie Fisher (Tim); his children, Bella, Madi, Grace Fisher and Brent Kehoe; his wife Alissa Purdy Fisher; his grandparents, Raymond and Leona Thompson; and his aunts and uncles, Marilyn Jackson (Don), Barb Vigus (late George), Joan Craig (Eric), Jean Craig (late Leo), Rita Fisher (Frank), Robert Fisher (late Diane), Susan Grant (Charles), Herbert Fisher, Gordon Fisher (Susan), Debra Wicklam (Brad), Dan Thompson (Diane), Raymond Thompson (Brenda) and Andrew Thompson (Dixie).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a trust being setup for Ian's children (if providing a cheque donation, please make cheques made payable to Judy Fisher), or to Lanark County Mental Health.
