With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Bell O'Neill (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on January 26, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John B. "Jack" O'Neill; and her grandson Paul Popkey. She is survived by: her children, Gail Popkey (Carl) and Karen Forbes (Michael); her grandchildren, Jennifer Bergen (Glen), Jim Popkey (Margo), Susan Goodyer (John), Dan Forbes, David Forbes (Emilie Kauss) and Kelly Nephin (John); her great grandchildren, Jack, Tom, Emerson, Mallory, Nathan, Austin and Alena; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Heidi and Earl Nephin. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
