He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Clark Hamilton; his parents, Grayden Hamilton and Ellen Hamilton; his daughter Cindy Hamilton; and his sisters, Sharon Seward and Ruth Hamilton.

He is survived by: his children, Tammy Lauzon (Chris), Charlie Hamilton (Heather) and Kelly St (Jason); his grandchildren, Billy Hamilton (Robyn), Crystal Lauzon, Jenny Lauzon, Sarah Hendy and Chris Hendy; his great grandchildren, Sonya Lauzon, Mason Hamilton, Emma Hamilton, Dominic Lauzon and Owen Bullock; and his brother Irwin Hamilton.
