She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon; her parents, Myra Whidden and Roy Whidden; her siblings, Norma, Jean, Gordon and Ross; her son Roy; and her granddaughter Serena.

She is survived by: her sister Ruth Todd of Nova Scotia; her children, Laurie (Francis) of Nova Scotia and Judy (Dave) of Alberta; and her grandchildren, Amanda and Shaun of Alberta.
