She was predeceased by: her husband Jim McRae; her parents, Charles Orre Rabb and Bernice May Cookman; and her siblings, William (Teddy), Harold (Roddy), Ola, Mildred, Donald (Donnie) and Murray.

She is survived by: her children, Stanley Preece (Vicki), Cindy Preece (Ed Dolan), Christine Preece and James Preece (Kelly); and her siblings, Glenna Clark (Tom) and Charles Rabb. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
