He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Johnston. He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Peraziana (Jim) and Donna Blendick (Ken); his grandchildren, Carlie, Samantha, Brandon (Dani), Jennifer (Adam) and Kristine; and his great grandchildren, Mckenzie, Dakota, Laken and Oaklin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
