He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril McGrath and Shirley McGrath; and his siblings, Kim, Tracy and Lynn.

He is survived by: his wife Heather McGrath; his children, Casey (Chad) and Jenni (Ben); his grandsons, Tyson, Dawson and Brady; his sister Mary Helen; and his sister-in-law Mary McGrath. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
