He is survived by: his wife Karen Welch; his children, Corey of Smiths Falls and Shanna O'Prey of Smiths Falls; his stepson Jeff Welch; and his siblings, Ann McInrue of Brockville, Beryl Seward (Jack) of Smiths Falls, Donald O'Prey (Diane) of Pennsylvania, Billy of Smiths Falls and Bernard O'Prey of Smiths Falls. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
