It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brad Hollywood (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Shaw; his daughter Brooke Hollywood; his stepchildren, Holli Moore (Matt), Luc Massie and Noah Massie; and his grandchildren, Lena and Laine. He is also survived by friends, and his co-workers.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation, or to the Lanark Animal Welfare Society in Brad's name.
